How does a claim reach the contractor?
You assign the claim to a contractor and they see it in their portal. They add the fix and photos there, and both you and the buyer see the status.
Can buyers report defects themselves?
Yes, in the client portal. The claim reaches Lomnio with photos and the buyer can then follow its status.
